Welcome to our home,Castle Villa!
Castle villa has it all to make your holiday a success. Castle Villa has an open plan living area which is furnished to a high standard. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are comfortable to give you the 'get up and go' factor the next day! Enjoy the games room, relax by the pool, which has a poolside bathroom, and feel at home. We love it and we are sure you will too! So this is the beginning of your holiday and you will not be disappointed when you enter our villa, it has been designed to a high standard for your and our own comfort. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the main living areas.

Our prices are for the whole villa not per person and are competitive, with pool heat included or separate as you wish when asking for a quote. All bed linen, towels for in the house and by the pool, electricity and taxes are included in the price quoted. Before you go you will be sent the directions to the villa from your arrival airport and the Highgate gate code with your own personal key code to collect the key from the villa - no having to go anywhere else first to collect your key on roads you are not confident on. We will also sent you bits of advice or information to help your holiday go as smoothly as possible and our Management Company is always on hand - we want you to have the best holiday ever and enjoy the wonder and promise that Florida and Orlando has to offer.

The open plan living area is rich with colour. There is a stylish oval dining table set with flowers which compliments the lounge area.
The two settees are comfortable and waiting for someone to curl up on them to watch the cable large screen TV, which also has a radio, CD and DVD layer facility. Here the patio doors open into the Lanai, which is secluded and can give shade if wanted. The round table in a cosy nook is ideal for a relaxing breakfast - if you have the chance! Or you may prefer to start your day at the breakfast bar.
The joy of the Floridian kitchen is that you are part of everything. It has a ll the appliances necessary including a fridge/freezer with ice maker, dish washer,cooking utensils, a toaster, kettle, a coffee maker, juicer/blender! There are place settings, cutlery, place-mats, cloths and a variety of glasses. We provide non-breakable place settings for by the pool; it is important that slivers of pottery or glass do not causes any cuts while enjoying this area.

All our rooms are on one level and all bedrooms have cable TV. The Master bedroom is spacious with patio doors accessing the pool deck. It has an en-suite bathroom containing a large shower booth, a heart shaped double bath, 'him' and 'her' wash basins and a separate toilet room. Along a separate hallway is the Queen bedroom, again spacious and adjacent to it, in the hallway, is a bathroom the occupants can call their own. The two twin rooms, both beautifully furnished , share a Jack and Jill bathroom between both rooms in which the shower and toilet area are separate to the wash basin; this provides en-suite facilities to both or one of the twin rooms. These rooms can be exceptionally convenient for parents wanting to be near their young children but have a room of their own or those young adults who can now hog their own bathroom!!

A washer and spin dryer are in the laundry area, as is the iron and ironing board for any necessary washing. There is a hair dryer in every bedroom.
A door leads from the front lobby to the games room, where you and your children can challenge each other to an air-hockey game or a football tournament on the foosball table. There are floor games and some fun pool equipment there with our 'undersea visitors wall' where the children can write a message or sign their name for other visitors to share.
Our pool is set in an extended pool area with loungers, relaxing chairs and stools. There is a table for the family to sit around to chat, eat or just share the highlights or plans of the day. There is a poolside room for changing with a basin and toilet facilities, making life so much easier for families with young children. Our villa, like all villas has neighbours either side but we have a grass area going to a wall with no villas opposite for more privacy than many.
The Spa, which can be used as and when you want, always provides a relaxing end to the day. On arrival there will be a safety fence around the immediate pool area and we recommend that it stays in place if you have young children - ALWAYS be with your children when they are in the pool.
Swimming, reading, day or evening - the pool and spa is the icing on the cake for children and adults alike during your Florida holiday - relax and enjoy!!
