Note that most US golf courses around Orlando have motorised carts available as standard.
Rental clubs can also be arranged at most golf clubs.
Polo Park West
One of the more central and cheaper golf courses just south of the Hwy192 & Hwy27 junction, it was designed by Larry Lord and Joe Ortega. Open to the public this is a 9 hole par 3 course which offers very good value for money for everyone. Again carts and clubs are available to rent at the clubhouse and golf lessons are also available.
Starting from $18 with cart in low season. Tel: 863-424-3341 or just turn up from 7am to 5pm. As an alternative try Polo Park East golf course - another 9 hole course just across the Hwy27.
There is a pro shop and rates are usually the same as Polo Park West. Tel: 863-424-0093.
Highlands Reserve Golf Club
The 18-hole "Highlands Reserve" course at the Highlands Reserve Golf Club facility in Davenport, Florida features 6,673 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 72.1 and it has a slope rating of 118 on grass. Designed by Michael Dasher, ASGCA, the Highlands Reserve golf course opened in 1998. Kitson & Partners Club manages this facility, with Kyle Mooney as the General Manager.
Their rates are, $78 green fees* on weekends, $78 green fees* on weekdays and $50 twilight fees*
